**Your new role**
As Scrum Master you will support the broader project team and build the teams' knowledge of agile values, principles, techniques, and tools. You will plan and facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews as well as retrospectives. You will review and refine the backlog, assessing the relevance of tasks and stories and re-prioritise where needed to ensure alignment with agile principles.

As well as this, you will bring a strong problem-solving mindset to the team, in order to minimise risk and distractions and inspire the team to provide ongoing delivery of project works.

Dependent upon your skillset, you will head up one of two teams in the digital transformation project, either:

- Data/Integration Solutions team, or,
- Applications/Experience team.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master using Agile delivery methodologies;
- 3-5+ years of experience working as a dedicated Scrum Master;
- Demonstrated ability/experience working on complex ICT projects;
- Demonstrated experience in leading diverse, multi-skilled delivery teams;
- Strong leadership qualities, empathy, interpersonal skills, and work ethic;
- Scrum Master certification.
