**Position & Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

- Order processing - preparing and sending sales invoices
- Answering calls and assisting with customer enquiries
- Provide administration support to the sales team
- Organise freight
- Maintain internal databases & spreadsheets
- General administration duties as required
- An ongoing commitment to exceptional customer service

**Requirements**:
You will ideally possess the following experience, skills and abilities:

- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated customer service experience preferably in an office-based environment.
- Enthusiastic and driven personality
- Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Ability to work in a small team.
- Highly developed computer skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Payable / Receivable is desirable
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail with all administrative processes.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitasks and priorities work.
- Reliable, efficient and self-motivated.

**The Offer**

The successful applicant will receive a salary package commensurate with experience, including a base salary of $60,000 - $65,000, plus Superannuation, as well as the opportunity to join a fast-growing Australian company with huge scope for personal and professional growth.
