**Description**:
The Finance Analyst reports to the Senior Management Accountant and is responsible for:

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Management Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports to the Executive Leadership Team, providing insights and recommendations
- Cost-Saving Initiatives: Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements across the organisation
- Key Projects: Leading and supporting key financial projects that drive business growth and profitability

**Some of the key activities in this role include**:

- Creating detailed business analyses and outlining key opportunities
- Defining business requirements and reporting up to the Executive Leadership Team
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Planning and monitoring
- Financial modelling
- Variance analysis
- Pricing
- Reporting

**Skills and Experiences**:
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- A bachelor’s degree in accounting (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial analysis that supports business finance planning and reporting
- Superior financial, analytical, forecasting, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data, assess its value, and present findings clearly and concisely, appropriate to the audience, enabling decision making
- Strong computer literacy skills across the Microsoft Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- NetSuite or Microsoft Navision experience is advantageous
