Established in 2016, Green On is a VEU accredited company. Our primary focus is to install energy saving products in residential and commercial buildings. The founders have been in the business for the last eight years. Within the last two years, Green On has managed to install energy saving products in almost 3,000 households and commercial properties, thereby managing to reduce the carbon footprint by almost 10,000 metric tons.

Green On is currently seeking for Administrative & Warehouse Assistant.

**Position Summary**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join the Green On Team.

A successful applicant will play an important role as a member of the Administration & Warehouse providing customer/Green On staffs with Administration & Warehouse support services.

To be successful in this position you will need to have:

- Excellent communication skills
- Multitask and prioritize in a busy and demanding office
- General reception duties including; attending to enquires, visitors and their needs, photocopying, binding and filing
- Receive all telephone calls
- Complete data entry tasks within a set time frame, and work within a team
- Perform audit calls for jobs that have been completed
- Call customers for booking appointment for lights installation
- The ability to provide excellent customer service
- Good computer skills and be able to work within the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and
- A pleasant manner and professional presentation
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software is a plus.
- Maintaining and replenishing stock
- Ordering and maintaining stock availability
- Order picking, printing and dispatch
- Goods Receivable
- Quality Control
- Returns processing
- Inventory Control
- Entering stocks in CRM software and managing/tracking stocks for all the employees of Green On
- As the job requires warehouse duties, applicant will have to lift some heavy equipment.
