State government organisation is seeking a Project Coordinator for an ASAP start.

Your new company is a state government organisation who play an integral part in WA's health sector.

**Your new role**
- Supporting the division and key stakeholders with the co-ordination of administrative duties such as the maintenance of documents, risk registers, timelines, booking meetings, minute taking and project admin tasks
- Reporting on project performance, maintaining, and developing activity and project timelines ensuring schedule, quality and cost objectives are met
- Liaising and working with key stakeholders and project managers around the expected deliverables and ensuring accountability
- Working closely with the Product Owner and providing support with the delivery of new product offerings, supporting development of key documentation and approval processes within the business

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in a Project Coordinator position in a similar environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management experience, the ability to negotiate and influence senior level management and stakeholders
- Strong reporting, project co-ordination and administration skills
- Scheduling experience
