A Day In the Life Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders. We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following: Portfolio based property management Liaise with owners and tenants Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections Organise repairs and maintenance work orders Minimise and maintain rental arrears The Good Stuff With a team of support around you, you will be coached, guided and given the opportunity to succeed. We offer direct training and feedback from your leaders, alongside a weekly refresher training from our Operational Excellence team.
