The Role:
As an Organisational and Methods Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

- Process Management: Develop, implement, and optimise operational processes to ensure efficient workflows and effective resource use.
- Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet goals, including managing budgets.
- Quality Control: Maintain and enhance product or service quality through implementing control measures, conducting audits, and addressing quality issues.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential operational risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term organisational goals and strategies with insights based on operational knowledge.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and assess customers' experience and improve process performance
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders to align operations with objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products/services and address customer concerns to improve satisfaction.

Skills & Experience:

- A bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or a related field. MBA degree and certifications like PMP or Scrum Master are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in operational analysis and project management, ideally within a consulting or transformational environment.
- Proven experience developing objectives, strategies, and plans to achieve organisational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of successful stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, resources, and quality control.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with experience in implementing change and innovation.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English with additional languages considered a plus.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
