We are searching for an Organisation and Methods Analyst to assist with our transition to a large corporation.

-Salary range: $95,000 - $105,000 per annum
-40-hour work week

Key task and responsibilities:

-Supporting the development and execution of strategic objectives that enhance customer satisfaction.
-Working with clients to identify business or operational issues and implement solutions.
-Reviewing how the business is currently structured and how work gets done.
-Work with staff and observing day-to-day operations to understand current systems.
-Recommend better ways to organise work and solve problems.
-Review how tasks are done and suggesting improvements to processes and procedures.
-Review and prepare documented workflows, reports, and procedures to manage inefficiencies and discrepancies.
-Proposing changes to improve how work is done and how roles are defined.
-Supporting the rollout of new processes, including updating instructions and manuals.
-Checking that teams follow updated procedures and advising on any issues.

To be considered you must meet the following criteria:
-Bachelor's Degree or 3 years' experience in organisational analytics may substitute for the formal qualification
-Exposure to the manufacturing highly desirable
-High attention, accuracy and excellent organization and time management skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Initiative-taking and a positive 'can do' attitude
