**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are searching for an eCommerce Assistant to join our Product Team.

The Product Team is responsible for getting all of our products prepped, photographed, documented and on their way through the pipeline for inclusion on our website. We take great pride in our brand and go to great lengths to stay true to our identity. As part of that work, we photograph in-house the vast majority of the products on our website to ensure that the overall style and visual appearance of them remains true to the brand.

Working alongside the Product Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and functional online catalogue of products. The eCommerce Assistant should have a strong passion for products and how they are presented and executed online.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Stay up-to-date on product lines and collaborate with the production team to prepare them for online release.

Oversee the publication of products on the website, ensuring accuracy and utilisation of high-quality imagery.

Maintain appropriate product pricing on the site and monitor product pricing.

Coordinate the setup and execution of promotional activities on the website.

Regularly review the website to ensure clear, consistent, and aligned product descriptions.

Enhance sales, conversion, and revenue by effectively showcasing and organising products for easy customer navigation.

Compose product sales reports in a timely accurate manner.

Maintain our internal image library, ensuring new images are uploaded, tagged and filed correctly.

Perform project tasks and miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**

Ideally, you will have some experience within eCommerce and enjoys supporting a team within a fast-paced and agile environment. You will enjoy being hands-on, are self-motivated and have strong problem-solving skills as well as a creative mindset.

- Previous experience analysing data and reporting
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work to strict deadlines
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, eCommerce, digital marketing or similar highly regarded.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
