Community Vision is growing, and an exciting new opportunity is available. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team.

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for:

- High volume end-to-end accounts payable
- Managing supplier queries
- Timely reconciliation of supplier statements, credit card statements and bank statements
- Processing staff expenses
- Providing back up to the Accountant and Payroll Officer

**Skills and Experience Required**

As well as demonstrating Community Vision’s core values of Innovation, Empowerment, Accountability, Respectfulness, Boldness, Inclusivity, to be considered for this role you will need:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Officer
- A high standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet set deadlines
- National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months)
- Up to date COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination
- Experience with NetSuite and ICS payroll is advantageous
