**The position**:
The Accounts Payable Officer reports to the Group Financial Controller and is responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable

**Your day-to-day tasks will include, but not be limited to**:

- Daily entry of all invoices into the SAP S4/HANA system.
- Matching purchase orders to invoices for processing.
- Generation of weekly payment runs.
- Vendor Master Data Maintenance.
- Daily management of Accounts Payable inbox and vendor queries.
- Escalation of IT issues arising from SAP or the integration between SAP and Maximo.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in an accounts payable function within the resources industry.
- Experience with SAP & MS Excel (Advanced Level).
- Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, across all levels of the organisation.
