We’re looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Technician to join our growing IT team, based at our Glebe Head Office. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of technical support across the business, helping to keep our systems stable, secure, and efficient. Your goal is to remove technology roadblocks so our teams can stay focused on delivering excellence for our clients.
**Description**:
What You’ll Do
Configure and deploy computer hardware in line with Liberty’s Standard Operating Environment.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and secure access.
Maintain Active Directory and O365 user access and security settings.
Troubleshoot technical issues in person, via phone, and through the service desk system, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.
Maintain accurate asset registers, documentation, and user manuals.
Participate in system maintenance, patching, and security monitoring.
Contribute to IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
About You
You’re someone who thrives on solving problems and helping people. You have a passion for technology and take pride in providing excellent service. You bring:
Formal training or qualifications in IT, computer studies, or a related field.
Experience in Netsuite and Microsoft 365.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
The ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
A team-focused mindset with a drive for continual improvement.
Experience with InTune, Defender 365 and Shepherd CMMS will be highly regarded.
