**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service & Technical Support**
- Respond to and manage service calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Perform on-site repairs and preventive maintenance at hospitals and other customer locations.
- Provide technical support to service technicians, subcontractors, and hospital staff.

**Training & Communication**
- Deliver training to service technicians and, when needed, to hospital technical staff.
- Handle customer service requests and complaints using established tools, processes, and documentation.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of all service cases and customer interactions.

**Parts & Inventory Management**
- Process orders for service parts and follow up from request to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage parts inventory, including packaging, shipping, receiving, inspection, and inventory counts.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with the Engineering Department to report product-related issues and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments on after-sales service projects and process improvements.
- Contribute to the development and compliance of service procedures and instructions.

**Hands-On Operations**
- Participate in local operations including container unloading, parts handling, and other warehouse activities.
- Take initiative in all other related tasks that support the smooth operation of our service and support functions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience in after-sales or customer service
- Experience in product repair and technical support
- Knowledge of Office Suite, Outlook
- Technical knowledge of products
- Willingness to travel
- Autonomus/Ressourceful

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
