Reporting into our Operations Manager, the Regional Manager will manage the delivery of high-quality, fun, and safe OSHC programs which are viably sound and align with the company's strategic vision. **Your responsibilities** - Lead & develop Directors & Educators within a cluster of programs to ensure remarkable delivery of programs with are operationally viable. - Ensure retention of, and commercial growth, of existing OSHC programs. - Conduct regular site visits to ensure smooth operations of programs, including quality & compliance, alongside the compliance team. - Be a position role model & ambassador for TeamKids when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders. - Align with the above TeamKids values. **About you** As a big kid at heart, you will display our values daily and bring your hardworking and fun nature to our team. You like bringing ideas and improvements to the table, and you continually strive to provide a WOW factor to everything you & your team deliver.
