THE BENEFITS - Employer of Choice - Hybrid work environment, 2-3 days working from home a week - A very collaborative, values driven, nurturing, high trust culture - Enjoy a role with purpose, this company saves lives WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW - Reporting to a Business Unit Manager, this Senior Brand Manager or Brand Manager role, in this specialist pharma company, will be a passionate advocate for bringing vaccines to their customers in Australia. - Through digital listening and patient analytics, you will assess customers’ needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them. - This role will be responsible for maximizing revenue of the Vaccines portfolio through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies and government relationships. - The position will require strength in strategy development, managing relationships, and strong communication. WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED? - Bachelor’s degree in Science and/or Marketing. - 3+ years in a marketing role in the pharmaceutical industry, in vaccines, with strong scientific knowledge. - Proven ability to plan and manage pharmaceutical vaccine brands. - Able to facilitate strategic and operational decisions relating to therapeutic areas &/or multiple brands with proven ability to develop and communicate therapeutic area strategy based on integrated knowledge of cross-functional teams. - Strong financial knowledge to lead therapeutic area portfolio management and excellent analytical skills to lead therapeutic area strategy. - Excellent downward communication skills to attract, lead and motivate stakeholders and align them with global strategy and vision. - Extensive knowledge of public health, NIP program and vaccines. - Experience in launch strategies. - Business acumen, a tenacious attitude and strategic and analytical thinking abilities. - Ability to deal with decision making processes in a complex organisational structure. - Entrepreneurial and proactive management skills and a "can do attitude” to manage a critical portfolio and stakeholder relationships. - Ability to work collaboratively across a broad number of key stakeholders.
