We are working with multiple clients across Perth who are seeking experienced Mobilisation and Administration Coordinators to assist with their day to day mobilisation requirements for short to longer term assignments.

**The role**:

- Ensure current employee compliance which includes booking induction refreshers and managing client portals
- Checking and reviewing the relevant documentation including identification, inductions, qualifications, licenses, tickets, schedules and rosters
- Booking pre-employment medicals
- Liaising with induction providers to ensure the timely and efficient booking of site inductions for all new starters
- Schedule and coordinate shutdowns personnel via company database.
- Ordering and delivering PPE
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Experience within workforce mobilisation within the mining or resources industry would be highly advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Experience managing multiple, and often conflicting priorities to outcomes without sacrificing quality or timeliness
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a warm yet professional phone manner
