Busy CBD Cafe looking for experienced cafe manager to join our team.

We have been in business 22years in this landmark location in the Sydney Arcade.

Full time position

Breakfast and Lunch service. No Nights

Must have a Hospitality Qualification and/or 2 -3 years experience in cafe or restaurant.

Coffee knowledge essential.

The tasks and duties assumed in his job include the management of operations for the cafe including:

- Lunch and Breakfast Service
- Daily eftpos banking and trading summary
- Hire and orientation all staff
- Weekly Rostering
- Coordination training all staff
- Completion of staff training reports all new staff 3 month trial period
- Coordination all RSA certification new staff
- Assist in the designing of menus in consultation with chefs
- Completion Weekly profit and loss reports
- Supervision Food Hygiene
- Stock Ordering, Receiving and storage
- Supervision hygiene procedure in the kitchen & espresso bar
- Maintaining OH&S safety standards in all areas

Friendly staff and flexible work environment.

Must be reliable, presentable & punctual.

Must have strong communication skills & be a team player.

Must have Australian work rights.

Salary range of $74,000 to $78,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
