**THE ROLE**
The Portfolio Utilisation and Relocation Manager will lead a team responsible for the management and delivery of a number of large-scale tenancy relocation programs and portfolio utilisation programs across the Homes Victoria portfolio. The role involves maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, the provision of professional relocation, utilisation and logistics advice, management of project staff and business management activities including budget, cash flow, program reporting and risk management. The Portfolio Utilisation and Relocation Manager reports to the Director, Property and Portfolio Management and requires an excellent understanding of housing allocation, tenancy management, project delivery, policy development and community needs.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Where responsible for overseeing, monitoring, or delivering projects, ensure they are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation, government regulations, policies, and guidelines.
- Provide leadership, guidance and authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders and prepare and present detailed, comprehensive reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet, and agency submissions on complex matters.
- Provide leadership, support, administrative processes, and problem solving where required for the Loan Assistance Unit and its team members.
