We now have an exciting fulltime 12 month fixed term opportunity for a Sales Development Representative, a newly developed role that will ensure our corporate client portfolio continues to grow.

This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities, building strong client connections, and supporting the team in turning interest into long-term partnerships.

If you are driven and ambitious, this is the first step in our sales career pathway, ideal for a motivated and results-focused professional eager to develop a career in business development. You will work closely with and report to our Business Development Manager, to qualify and book high-value meetings that convert into revenue opportunities.

Some of what you will be doing:

  • Proactively engage decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels, while responding quickly to inbound enquiries
  • Assess prospects using qualification frameworks (such as BANT) and secure high-quality appointments for the Business Development Manager
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM systems (HubSpot), monitor pipeline progress, and contribute to regular reporting
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager on call strategies, campaigns, and account planning, while sharing insights to improve targeting and messaging
  • Consistently achieve KPI targets, while actively participating in coaching, training, and feedback sessions to support your growth and career progression

What we hope you have:

  • Prior demonstrable experience & success in a new business sales role
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to identify client objections and develop a tailored strategy to overcome roadblocks
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite programs
  • Experience in lead generation, sales support, or client engagement (preferred but not essential)
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and MS Office
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a desire to build a career in sales and business development
