**Our Client**

Based in the Parramatta area, but purchasing property for their clients wherever there is a sound opportunity which provides growth potential, they are a membership-based model with rigorous research and over 10 years of proven success.

**Duties**

In this hands-on role, you will source high-quality investment-grade properties through existing and new developer relationships as well as leveraging your existing networks.

Focusing on packaging house & land product across the Eastern-seaboard, you will be responsible for:

- Research and Relationship Management of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Property Development Firms, Builders, Property Managers and Channel Partners
- Site Visits across the country on land estates and construction visits
- Researching and resource compilation of national property data
- Creation of area profiles within regions across Australia
- Contracts management for land and build contracts
- Overseeing process management from land acquisition to completion of construction of homes
- Software management

**Specific requirements**

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, passionate and data-drive professional who also has the following:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property development and/or construction
- Knowledge of land and build contracts
- Worked or dealt with top-tier property developers and builders across Australia
- Experience in the end-to-end process of land acquisition to completion of construction of homes
- An active property investor yourself
- A property Degree will be highly regarded
