You'll be working alongside one of our leading agents who will show you the ropes on everything real estate, you'll be listing, selling, working buyers, doing open homes and closing deals.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience is a bonus, but a powerhouse attitude is a must, even if you're totally green.
- Can talk the talk - we’re not looking for the next Jordan Belfort, but you need to be able to build rapport quickly, qualify a buyer and close a deal.
- Tenacious with a thick skin - a bit of rejection here and there doesn’t bother you.
- Competitive nature - you go all out to nail your KPIS.
- All about service - the words ‘they can wait’ aren’t part of your vocabulary.
- Love the phone - you get panicky if you’re not on the phone, near a phone or within sight of a phone.
- Someone who’s happy with a 5 day per week Tuesday to Saturday gig, enjoys a comfy base salary and plenty of bonuses along the way.
- A driver’s license and vehicle
- Strong communication skills
- Self-discipline, motivation, and a thirst for success
- Knowledge of your preferred market. We sell across Brisbane.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
