**About the Company**:
Our client, a leading Commercial Property Agency in the Eastern Suburbs, has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join the team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
You will be working under the Commercial Property Managers and assisting with the management of retail and office properties.

Duties include:

- Tenant relations: responding to tenants, maintaining records (bank guarantees, insurances), receipting rent, chasing up rent arrears
- Property management: scheduling regular property visits, preparation of condition reports, arranging for repairs
- Lease management: administering database of important lease dates, preparations of lease renewals, managing rent reviews
- Other: ad hoc duties, maintaining Annual Fire Safety Statements and other annual items

**Skills & Experience**:
To be successful in this role you be a highly organised individual with strong communications skills and:

- Degree in property or relevant discipline ideal
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in property management relevant but not required

Certificate of Registration/ Real Estate License will be required, but can be obtained if successful.
