The Gameday team is a division of the Cotton On Group that has supplied on-field kits for the Geelong Football Club, as well as all AFLW clubs since the competitions inception 8 years ago. We also work with the NRL on supporter wear for every club. We work across other sporting codes and have big plans coming to expand even further across the sporting landscape.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We're on the lookout for a sports enthusiast who embodies organizational prowess and reliability to join our Gameday team as a Department Assistant. In this dynamic role, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering top-notch administrative and functional support to the Gameday CEO and the broader team, ensuring the seamless operation of the entire department.

A typical week will see you taking charge of Gameday's digital marketing initiatives, managing social media platforms, and orchestrating the rollout of engaging Pop Up Showrooms. Your responsibilities will also extend to close collaboration with our Wholesale and warehouse teams, ensuring a harmonious balance in keeping invoices and orders in check.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar admin/EA role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Shopify software.
- Strong administration, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic travel, accommodation, and expense procedures.
- Understanding of fundamental budgeting processes and controls.
- Experience in diary management.
