**Your Role**:
As an Online Sales Professional in our Business Development Centre, you’ll manage customer inquiries, qualify leads, and guide customers through the online sales process. You’ll handle deposits, contracts, finance, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage online leads and sales, from inquiry to final sale.
- Conduct virtual demos and assist with finance/insurance conversions.
- Respond to customer queries and manage escalations.
- Maintain CRM data and collaborate with in-store teams.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in online sales or customer-facing sales roles.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
