Scrum Master - Robotics / Artificial Intelligence - Permanent Opportunity - Auto Autonomous Mining Vehicles

**Your new company**
A Silicon Valley Tech company which has partnered up with local WA mining operations to bring innovation within the field of Autonomous Vehicles. The company is developing autonomous off-road equipment operated by AI in vehicles and manufactured Agnostic Technology which will be used by heavy industry operations. The company is taking a long-term strategic plan towards vehicle automation in heavy industry to achieve safety, increased productivity, and cost reduction.

The heavy industry sector is adopting the use of autonomous vehicles rapidly and the company is an industry leader in the field. The company is experienced in vehicle automation and has worked with companies like Google, Tesla, Apple, Continental, User, Caterpillar, and Rio Tinto

**Your new role**
You will be a Scrum Master working across a variety of different projects with a development team based across the globe. You will be helping the organisation optimise and enhance their agile processes, facilitating scrum calls and sprints to ensure deadlines are met. You will be a conduit between the Product Owner's and development team, being responsible for sprint and code reviews, sprint planning, and Backlog prioritisation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience as a Scrum Master is a must. Preferably with knowledge of frameworks such as Nexus or LeSS.
- A background in software development and / or Business Analysis is a massive bonus
- Strong knowledge of Test Driven Development
- Knowledge of Robotics / Mechanical Engineering will be a plus
- Experience with Agile Modeling
