**A bit about the role**
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Agile development process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our development team and product owner to ensure that all aspects of the Scrum framework are implemented properly, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating all Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coaching and guiding the development team on Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Collaborating with the product owner to ensure that the product backlog is properly groomed and prioritised.
- Monitoring and reporting on team progress and metrics, such as sprint velocity and burn-down charts.
- Identifying and removing any impediments that may be blocking the development team's progress.
- Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
**Requirements**:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a software development environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development tools such as Jira and Confluence.
