We’re on the hunt for a Lending Consultant who’s all about putting customers first. You’ll own the entire process—from guiding customers through financing their new purchases, teaming up with external financiers and internal teams, to shape an even better digital experience for our customers.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Be the go-to for all things finance, making sure customers feel confident and informed.
- Juggle a busy pipeline, handling everything from finance inquiries to final settlements.
- Team up with third-party financiers to find creative solutions that meet customer needs.
**Okay, let's talk about you**:
- You’ll have a minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally within asset or automotive finance.
- You’re a natural at turning complex finance talk into easy-to-understand advice.
- You’re a clear communicator, able to adapt your style for every chat.
- You’re a multitasking master who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- You’re flexible and open to working shifts outside of normal business hours, including weekends as required
