**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly organised Administration Profession / Rostering Specialist to join our energetic and dynamic Medical Workforce Unit at Western Health.

As a Rosters and Operations Coordinator, you will have responsibility for various functions related to the operational management and support of junior medical staff within an allocated portfolio.

Classification for this position will be a HS3 ($74,448.00 base salary per annum).

- Knowledge of rostering practices and principles

We are willing to train the 'right person' with appropriate transferable skills, so prior experience in medical workforce or the healthcare sector, although advantageous, is not a mandatory requirement.

**About the Department**

The Medical Workforce Unit (MWU) is a central specialised service providing strategic oversight and governance, as well as operational support for all matters pertaining to the medical workforce including workforce planning, recruitment and credentialing, employment and on-boarding, and the management and rostering of medical staff.
