**About the role**:
Lead a team of business analysts to identify and assess business initiatives and technology solutions, aligned with our goals, and help Origin maintain our reputation as one of Australia’s leading energy retailers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Business Product owner for core LPG Systems including Salesforce (CRM system) and Zuora (Billing system), as well as other supporting and integrated software
- Project manage and govern cross functional on and offshore teams to deliver a portfolio of business initiatives
- Ideation, plan, schedule, define, resource, seek funding, develop, and deliver a roadmap of future projects
- Design and translate future strategic vision into practical steps for implementation
- Set priorities for own team and stakeholders to ensure focus on strategic direction and outcomes with highest business benefits
- Implement and monitor system change processes to ensure business operations are supported by system stability
- Manage stakeholder relationships including system customers (group managers), system users and service providers

**What will you bring?**
- Previous experience in Energy or IT industry is essential
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of project management standards and procedures
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams
- Strong commercial experience in a large organisation.
- Career skills; Business analyst, Change Management (Technology), Information Security, Information Systems, Project Management or Operational Management
