We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Sponsorship Specialist to join our team, This is a full time, permanent role, based in our Geelong Head office, with a hybrid working model offering flexibility to work remotely and in the office

**About the role**

We have a cross functional marketing team, including brand, digital, customer experience and media. Working within the brand team, the Marketing & Sponsorship Specialist supports the delivery and execution of the GMHBA and frank health insurance strategic objectives and GMHBA’s sponsorship investments in line with marketing and business objectives.

**About you**
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (preferred) or a relevant degree in management, business, commerce, etc.
- 5 years+ experience ideally in a brand or advertising role.
- Sound commercial and financial acumen.
- Exposure to developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Sound level of advertising experience and knowledge.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder and project management skills with a knack for analytics.

Highly desirable
- Project management experience
- Health Insurance industry and/or Health related experience or relevant industry knowledge
- Adobe Suite skills and experience
