**About Us**:
**Role Purpose**:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, your main objective will be to generate jobs and leads through appropriate business development activities, prompt, and high-quality services throughout the entire recruitment life-cycle. Focused on permanent placements within your designated market, you will excel at building strong relationships, matching talented professionals with their ideal roles, and exceeding key service indicators.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct appropriate business development activities in order to generate jobs and leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably with a focus on either permanent and/or contract/temp recruitment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets and key performance indicators.
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and other relevant tools.
