**Role Summary**

At ResMed, our New Product Introduction (NPI) Moulding Engineering team leads advancements in manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities to deliver high-quality, innovative products that transform lives. We’re looking for an **Associate Manager**/Manager**, Manufacturing Engineering**in our Moulding Engineering team to drive **prototyping, process development**, and support for **NPI**of mask projects**, making a direct impact on ResMed’s innovation journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Associate Manager for our Moulding NPI team, you’ll play a critical role in leading and growing our capabilities by:

- **Leading Manufacturing Process Development**: Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities, and documentation to support mask NPI projects in the Moulding factory.
- **Inspiring and Guiding a Team**: Coach and mentor team members to achieve excellence in manufacturing engineering while fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
- **Collaborating Across Disciplines**: Work closely with project stakeholders, customers, and managers across our Product and Supply Chain teams to ensure designs are robust, manufacturable, and meet production demands.
- **Driving Process Validation and Quality Standards**: Lead process validation activities, ensuring compliance with **regulatory and quality standards**while identifying improvements in alignment with **GMP, Six Sigma, and LEAN**methodologies.
- **Resolving Technical Challenges**: Act as a problem-solver for technical issues, prioritizing quality, safety, and operational excellence.
- **Enhancing Operations**: Introduce and maintain production procedures, train teams on new equipment and processes, and contribute to strategic and operational goals.

**Let’s**Talk About Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Educational Background**: A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (mechanical, industrial, or similar preferred).
- **Professional Experience**: At least 5 years in manufacturing, product development, or process engineering roles, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to mentor and guide teams to success, with experience managing projects across cross-functional teams.
- **Technical Expertise**: Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, process validation, and driving improvements in manufacturing processes.
- **Project Management**: Exceptional ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience building relationships across functions and organizations.
