EL1 Contract Manager

Make a real impact supporting the delivery of a significant regulatory reform program. As a senior Contract Manager, you'll oversee high-value ICT contracts, negotiate with vendors, and ensure full compliance with procurement frameworks. You'll work in a collaborative environment focused on modernising systems, tools, and processes to uplift regulatory capability.

Location: ACT 3 - other states considered but must travel to ACT 3 days a week

Key Duties:

  • Establish and manage complex ICT contracts and vendor relationships
  • Monitor performance against SLAs and contractual obligations
  • Lead contract negotiations and support procurement activities
  • Provide strategic reporting and contract advice to executives

Key Criteria:

  • Proven experience managing software/system integrator contracts
  • Deep knowledge of public sector procurement frameworks
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to analyse data to inform procurement decisions
