**Position overview**

The mission of Facilities and Services Division is to "Enable academic excellence at ANU through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery." The three key portfolios are Infrastructure & Planning, Operations, and Corporate.

The Corporate and Client Services portfolio responsibilities include human resource, financial, business systems management, administrative and executive support services. The Portfolio also manages oversight of client services and key activities such as parking on campus, commercial leasing administration, ANU Apartments, University Venues, and liaising with childcare providers on campus.

Situated within the Facilities & Services Division’s Finance team, the Contracts Manager plays a key role in the planning, coordination, negotiation, delivery and associated reporting related to all contracts and procurement entered into by the Division, including but not limited to all infrastructure, building and refurbishment projects and other University service provider contracts.

We are looking for applicants with demonstrated contract management and procurement skills, high level verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to successfully contribute to a professional team.
