We are seeking an Advanced Analytics Manager who is driven by curiosity, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and has a passion for amplifying breakpoints within the customer journey. This role is pivotal in delivering strategic insights and data-driven solutions that impact customer experience. You will manage complex analytical projects, ensure the effective use of advanced analytics tools, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Collaborate with Senior Management and Stakeholders**:Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize breakpoints. Communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
- **Maintain Data Governance**:Uphold data governance standards and practices. Ensure the integrity, quality, and security of data used in analysis.
- **Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation**:Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and machine learning. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in analytical methodologies and tools.

**Tech skills**

We use a board range of analytical tools; we don’t expect you to know them all but having significant experience and exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team.
- **Advanced Analytics**:Proven experience in developing models, machine learning algorithms, and other advanced analytics techniques.
- **Advanced Analytics Tools**:Significant experience with analytical software such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- **Data Governance**:Knowledge of data governance standards and practices, ensuring the integrity, quality, and security of data used in analysis.
- **Cloud Platforms**:Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS)
