McAuley Community Services for Women helps women and children who have faced family violence and homelessness to take control of their lives. Through a range of supports including accommodation, legal, health, recreation and social responses, we support women to leave us with restored capacity and greater opportunities for safe housing, economic capability and wellbeing. **This is a Permanent Part-Time (24 hours per week - 0.6 EFT) opportunity based in Footscray within our Family Violence and Homelessness. The position reports to the Team Leader.**

**Key Selection Criteria**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential and Out of Home Care or other similar or relevant tertiary qualifications.
- A genuine interest in young people and their wellbeing.
- Demonstrate empathy for young people in our care in an open minded and nonjudgmental manner.
- Highly developed capacity for emotional self-regulation including the capacity to set and maintain consistent boundaries to provide safety, stability and consistency.**For a full listing please view the Position Description at the bottom of this page.**
