australia melbourne contract up to au$602.55 per hourTalent International are currently recruiting for an EL1 level Product Manager to work for an **Australian Federal Government **client based in Richmond or Geelong.

This position is a **12-month** **contract** with the opportunity to be extended and is paying $602.55 daily + Super.

**Responsibilities** **may include but are not limited to**:

- Working in close collaboration with the Product Owner across all phases of Design, Build and Operation of the participant app.
- Supervising Business Analysts in the delivery of the digital products.
- Supporting engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Collecting and representing the requirements of the business to support prioritisation.
- Facilitating workshops, capturing key insights around user and customer experience gaps and current processes.
- Working within an agile framework while working through design, build and operation phases of delivery.
- Ensuring user needs and feedback are prioritised and accessibility requirements are met.
- Working with Salesforce and SAP technical specialists to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, robustness and useability of the current digital products.

**Essential** **Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst/ Project Manager, ideally within the digital product domain.
- A positive attitude towards disability
- Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience with project management tools, including Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
- Leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide and inspire cross-functional teams.
