With a continual growth plan for expanding our portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, we have a newly created role for a **Part Time Storage Manager** in **Thomastown.**

***The Role**:
Reporting into the Operations Manager, our Storage Managers form an integral part of our company culture and business success. The responsibilities include:

- Deliver and drive consistent, genuine service which adds value to our customers
- Achieve monthly sales and KPI targets
- Coach and develop our team to success
- Drive operational excellence with a strong focus on centre presentation and maintenance
- Commit to a safety-first culture, ensuring all compliance and administration tasks are completed to business standards

**About You**:

- Your CV lists 1-2 years’ experience within a management role or supervisory role
- A proven track record in achieving sale targets and KPI’s
- Excellent communication skills matched with the ability to build strong relationships and manage conflict when required
- Driver’s license and car
- Available to work Monday to Friday 9AM to 3PM
