The Westin and Four Points by Sheraton is hiring a **Complex Assistant Food & Beverage** **Manager**. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Complex Food & Beverage Manager and oversee the daily operations of our venues including The Charles Bar, The Eatery, Nautilus Pool Bar, Settimo Restaurant Bar and our extensive Catering and Event Spaces. You will be a forward thinker, promoting and activating our venues with innovation, engagement and leadership whilst striving to ensure guest satisfaction. You will have strong operational knowledge and the ability to share your knowledge with our associates to ensure they are empowered and knowledgeable in all things to be the best they can be.

Your core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Implements agreed upon policy and procedures throughout the property
- Manages in compliance with all local, state and Federal beverage and liquor laws
- Understands Food & Beverage control including labour costs, beverage costs and reporting
- Comprehends budgets, operating statements and payroll reports as needed to assist in the financial management of department
- Empowers associates to provide excellent guest service and emphasises guest satisfaction and focuses on continuous improvement
- Maintains food handling and sanitation standards
- Maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Ensure prompt resolution of any guest complaints, reporting any issues and recommending solutions
- Training focus to ensure a high standard of service delivery
- Excellent leadership skills
