About the Role
- Maintain a high standard of food hygiene and personal hygiene with Food Safety and Food Service Standards and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
- Receive, store, distribute goods and accurately record temperatures issue to kitchen and other departments using the imprest system in accordance with appropriate food hygiene and service standards.
- Assist in the daily preparation, assembly and distribution of menu items as per work instructions preventing contamination by adhering to the department's food safety program.
- Collect soiled trays, crockery, cutlery and glassware from service areas for washing & sanitising and restocking for reuse.
- Perform associated duties in retail services. Coffee Cart and the inhouse Vending Service. (Coffee preparation and restocking vending machines)
