**Job Description**:
As part of our Linehaul department, you will provide all Compliance administration functions required for the efficient and effective operation of Toll Linehaul. This role includes being progressively trained in all the Toll Compliance administration functions. The role requires good communication skills with Management, Colleagues and Customers Linehaul of Toll Linehaul.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Maintain Staff details and training databases
- Maintain Data in systems to allow for efficient operation of each system
- Ensure compliance records are kept in accordance with requirements; and managed daily through operational execution
- Provide TLH supervisors with relevant reports to assist with the day to day management of their employees, such as pending medicals, outstanding disciplinary documentation, training etc.
- Identify cost control activities to maximise profitability.
- Conform to operating and financial systems that promote the elimination of duplication, waste and manual processing.
- Establish and maintain key relationships with internal customers through regular structured and unstructured communications.
- Be responsible for the safety, cleanliness and presentation of the store and work area
**Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated facility site maintenance compliance experience
- Intermediate level of MS Office suite
