We are seeking **NSW Licenced Security Officers** to join our professional team on the Snowy 2.0 Project.

If you are a well-presented, customer-focused, and reliable Security Officer, join our team at Cooma and various sites within the Snowy Mountains region.

**About the Role**:

- **Location**: Snowy Mountains region (Drive-In Drive-Out roles from Cooma, NSW - You must be prepared to travel to Cooma to commence your roster rotation)

**Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Manage gatehouse operations and control access at construction sites.
- Conduct regular site patrols, both on foot and in vehicles.
- Oversee vehicle entry and exit, ensuring proper documentation and procedures.
- Respond to alarms and on-site incidents with urgency and professionalism.
- Accurately report and document incidents during shifts.
- Proactively identify and report hazards, ensuring site safety and compliance.

**Qualifications & experience**

Mandatory skills, licences/qualifications:

- Current and valid NSW Security Licence
- Current and valid First Aid Certificate
- A valid and clean Driver's License and own vehicle
- A clear Police Check within two months
- Certificate II/III in Security Operations
- NSW RSA (Responsible service of alcohol)
- White Card
- COVID Vaccination Certificate
- Full, unlimited rights-to-work in Australia

Required attributes:

- Ability to work within a team
- De-escalation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to conduct foot and vehicle-mounted security patrols, and management of access control points for pedestrians and vehicles
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- High level of customer service skills
- High level of personal presentation, conduct, dress and deportment
- A high level of computer and administration skills are preferred

**Next Steps**:

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
