Always Available, a Gold Coast-based NDIS provider, is seeking a compassionate and reliable **female Disability Support Worker** to support a participant living in **Camp Hill, Brisbane**.

This role involves providing in-home and community-based support to a male participant living with dementia. We're looking for someone who is empathetic, reliable, and able to build positive connections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and support with daily routines
- Assist with community access and social activities
- Support emotional well-being and independence
- Help with domestic tasks where needed
- Work collaboratively with the participant’s care team

**About You**:

- Female support worker preferred (participant’s request)
- Experience with ASD, or other NDIS participants
- Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (or Yellow Card)
- First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable vehicle and driver’s licence
- Kind, patient and confident communicator

Pay: $32.00 - $76.00 per hour
