Progressive Real Estate provider is recruiting a Commercial Property Manager to work from their CBD office.

**Your new company**
Our client is a professional and fast paced Real Estate company who is looking to hire a Commercial Property Manager on a FT basis to work from their busy offices in Perth's CBD.

**Your new role**

Duties and responsibilities will include the following:

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 commercial properties with approximately 100 tenants
- Have a portfolio mix consisting of about 60% industrial, 20% retail and 20% office properties
- Maintain a high quality of service to owners and tenants
- Liaise with owners, tenants, contractors, and internal trust accountants
- Maintain properties in accordance with owner's instructions and safety requirements
- Ensure all repairs & capital works are completed in a timely fashion
- Complete rent reviews
- Extend leases when they expire
- Complete property condition reports

**What you'll need to succeed**

- Knowledge of the local property market
- A current real estate license & driver’s license
- Experience with Cirrus8 desirable but not essential
- The ability to work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- A hands on approach
