**Role Overview**:
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing comprehensive and compassionate care to our participants.
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as showering, toileting, dressing, and medication administration.
- Safely handling and assisting participants with mobility needs.
- Undertaking household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Assisting participants in accessing the community, including visiting places such as shops, cafes, restaurants, theatres, as well as accessing public transport.
- Ensuring participants have a memorable and enriching experience during their stay.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Flexibility to accommodate rostered shifts and changing schedules.
- Qualifications or experience in Mental Health support.
- Nursing qualifications (a plus).
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Maintaining a calm and composed demeanour in challenging environments.

**Requirements**:

- Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Working with Children Card.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Minimum of a Cert III in Disability or a higher qualification in the relevant field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccinations (via MyGov).
- A smartphone with an operating system of iOS 13.0 and up or Android 6.0 and up.
