Truecare Support Services is a Disability Service operating across the region of Victoria. We are on the search for exceptional people to provide support and assistance to clients We are looking for talented Support Workers who are located in or are willing to travel to **Windsor**

We are looking for individuals with experience in working with a wide range of conditions such as: Anxiety, Depression, Schizophrenia, Mental Health etc. as well as an extensive background in _**personal care for both male and female participants**_. Staff are required to assist with tasks such as assisting with booking appointments, community access for grocery shopping, appointments, transport to respite etc. _**Excellent communication skills and fluent English are required, as well as flexible availabilities**_
- **Must have experience in personal care and assistance with household tasks. Individuals who are knowledgeable in the kitchen, and are able to assist with meal preparation are preferred.**_

**Selection Criteria (Essential)**
- Certificate III/IV in Disability Studies or Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- Experience in Mental Health and Challenging Behaviours
- COVID-19 infection control certificate
- Current Victorian Drivers’ License and reliable car
- Current insurance on private vehicle (to be used for work purposes)
- Right to work in Australia
- Current Police/NDIS Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
