Join our passionate team in making a real difference in the lives of individuals under the NDIS. This permanent casual /part time role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful support to our long-term and short-term accommodation clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate, one-on-one daily support, ensuring clients' comfort and safety.
- Engage clients in activities that promote cognitive stimulation and enjoyment, such as music, writing, and other creative pursuits that relate to their individual goals.
- Monitor and report on clients' conditions and progress.
- Facilitate community participation and social activities in line with each client’s NDIS plan.
- Assist with client commutes as needed.

**Schedule**:

- Casual/part time position with flexible hours based on client needs (including overnights and active night support).

**Location**:

- Illawarra region - Opportunity available now

**Requirements**:

- Must work under your own ABN
- Previous experience in a disability support role.
- A respectful and caring approach to providing support and companionship.
- Completion of required NDIS compliance training and checks.
- A genuine interest in building a career in the disability support sector, with a desire to grow into leadership roles.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle

**Required Compliance Documents**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certification
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Module certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (if required by state regulations)
- Own vehicle registration and insurance
- 100 points ID
