**Who we’re looking for**:
A high performing Leader with strong, and proven, commercial acumen within the Financial Services sector. An out of the box thinker who strives to develop and drive strategies to support and deliver innovation and growth to both the business and our members.

**What you’ll be doing**:
This **12 month maximum term contract** role will work in partnership with the Customer Success manager in owning a portfolio of financial services partners, be responsible for creating unique and differentiated strategies for those partners and seek out new partnership opportunities to support the Velocity program innovation and growth.

**You’ll be great in this role if you**:

- 8 years (+) commercial experience across credit cards / payments / fintech
- Extensive experience in 3rd party Relationship Management
- Experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Balance scorecard performance setting, tracking and delivery
- Leadership role in major project management / delivery
- Demonstrated practical data analytical experience used to inform business decision making
- Work experience in a consumer loyalty or airline loyalty environment (desirable)
- Proven experience managing a high performing team (desirable)
- Credit card acquisition and engagement marketing (desirable)
- An understanding of regulations relevant to the financial services industry (desirable)
