An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Replenishment Analyst & Allocation to join a dynamic team at allkinds.

Reporting to the Merchandise Planning Manager and working closely with the Supply Chain team, Store teams and Head of Retail, you will be responsible for ensuring that all stores have optimal stock levels and product mix at all times.

**THE ROLE**:

- Maintaining & analysing a stores Geographic profile, Space size & Sales budget expectations.
- Co-ordination of ‘New Stores’ stock package & scheduling of goods delivery with Supply Chain & Operation teams.
- Deliver allocations and inventory plans for peak season trade/established assortment.
- Analysing sales trends and identifying opportunities and risks in Promotional/Peak trade periods.
- Capture & fulfill any store replenishment needs (i.e. the IC ‘Min/Max’ thresholds) in line with promotional/VM scheduled timelines & individual Store management feedback (examining space constraints & trade sell-through)
- Alert discrepancies between allocation transfers & store receipts (Outstanding Transfers Report).
- Working with Loss Prevention with Stocktake timeframes & to help identify reason for instore transfer closing/stock adjustments.
- Maintain an effective process to identify and record inventory errors, shrinkage, theft, damaged stock, internal usage and 'out of date’ stock.
- Analysing impacts of allocation decisions and making recommendations as a result.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A relevant tertiary or equivalent qualification (desirable)
- Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft excel user
- High attention to detail and quality execution
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make recommendations as a result.
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and teamwork mentality with ability to think strategically & take a proactive approach.
- Effective communicator with an ability to build relationships with internal teams to deliver high customer satisfaction levels across the business
- Can cope with competing deadlines and adapt to change
