Experienced Gardens, Grounds & Cleaning Crew Members and Leaders Needed

Location/Base: Gumdale, QLD

EPMS are looking for mature and highly experienced individuals to join our team.

Key Requirements:

- Must hold a valid manual driver’s license.
- Confident in driving and reversing while towing a trailer.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of work.
- Must be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- This is a physically demanding role, requiring fitness and endurance.

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing grounds and property maintenance, including but not limited to:

- Lawn mowing, edging, and whipper snipping.
- Hedge and tree trimming
- Blowing
- General cleaning
- Weeding
- minor landscaping, mulching, and rubbish removal and more

Work Conditions:

- The role is fast-paced and involves outdoor work in various weather conditions. Applicants must be able to work in the heat of summer and the wet season.
- Teams consist of a minimum of two workers, with no weekend work required.
- Overtime is available for those looking to increase their hours and income.

Pay Rate:

- Starting rate is approximately $30.13 per hour (casual), with potential increases based on meeting performance requirements and demonstrating consistent commitment and leadership.
- Individuals who display strong skills, reliability, and attend work consistently and on time may also be promoted to a full-time position.

Pay: $30.13 - $34.64 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Gardening and use of petrol powered gardening equipment: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
